I just recently moved here from another state and was getting my hearing aids cleaned, and I had such a pleasant experience with Lynn, who works at the front desk at the North Wilkesboro office. To say she was helpful would be quite the understatement! I am very thankful to have had such a wonderful experience today because of Lynn!
My hearing aids developed a problem and I called the auto bill office in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. They made an appointment for me as soon as possible and when I arrived, I was able to be seen by the specialist immediately. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation. We immediately went online with the doctor Who took just a few minutes to deal with the problem and resolve the issue. I wasn’t in the office even half an hour. This is a very good office and very good receptionist and hearing specialist. I would recommend them to anybody that asks and I would not consider going anywhere else at this time.
